Instruction for the use of the Irrigator
Put one teaspoonful of iodized salt to the basin of the irrigator to obtain the correct concentration. Fill the basin with warm water of 800cc. The nasal irrigator is attached. Turn on to adjust the pressure. Hold the handle by the end so that it acts like a lever. Place it in one nostril, bend over the basin and turn on the device. Saline enters in one nostril and comes out through the other nostril. Repeat the process with the other nostril.
